TASK 1
Network Diagram
A network diagram describes all operations, roles and business processes for a project
visually. For the strategy, the plan and activities that are performed are planned and its
performance is measured and accomplished by each process (Bjorvatn and Wald, 2018). The
organisation gaining resources to arrange musical concerts to raise money is the Camden Sickle
Cell and Thalassemia Service Group. One of the key goals of this project would be to collect
funds for both the Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Treatment Forum for sustainable growth. The
network diagram below gives a clearer picture of the start and end date of the product and
guarantees that the project manager can function accordingly. All tasks and deadlines are
mentioned below, that are being used by the project manager to complete their project
successfully.

Stakeholder Matrix
A stakeholder matrix is a form of process enhancement used to assess key project
stakeholders to identify and measures that are needed to match the project's expectations.
Analysis of stakeholders will allow the plan to recognise the priorities of all stakeholders which
may be influenced by the plan or affected by it (Kerzner, 2019). This stakeholder analysis has
been implemented by Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Service Community to reduce
adverse impacts and manage negative investors, allowing them to recognise the interest and
influence of each stakeholder. There are also several internal or external stakeholders which
according to the power and interest, are described below. That matrix, with some clarification, is
stated below:
High power, high interest: Company's owner, promoters and financial partners are
individuals who are strongly involved and have the power to make or alter strategic decisions
throughout this matrix project manager. These individuals monitor the entire job very closely to
ensure that according to their preparation, they can execute each task.

High Power, Low Interest: These stakeholders involved those with high power but less
involvement in business plan such as distributors, public, etc. in this process.
Low Power, High Interest: It includes those with low power and high interest, including
workers, government, media, industry, etc. These individuals remain content with the operational
job and conduct their mission to complete it.
Low Power, Low Interest: This stage of the matrix of stakeholders attracts individuals with
low power and low interest who have limited interference with others about company problems
like consumers, volunteers, visitors, etc.
TASK 3
Work Breakdown Structure
It can be separated into basic sections by a project management and system creation work-
breakdown structure (Layton, Ostermiller and Kynaston, 2020). A comprehensive work
breakdown is an important project that organises the team's work into components that are
manageable. The project manager of music concert utilizes the deliverable task to define his job
to succeed. Below, WBS is better underplayed and followed by the project leader of any music
festival.

There are some measurements which should be required to identify by the project manager
of Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Support Community and is discussed below:
Quality specification: The project manager checks or tracks this assessment by defining
project parameters (Mavi and Standing, 2018). Here, they insure that in order to achieve project
goals and objectives, food, stage, raw material, efficiency, designers etc. must be as per the
minimum standard specification.
Quality expectation: Music Concert's project manager is schedule to complete this
entire project inside 101 days and if that was done previously, it would be helpful. All operations
must be performed within a specific timeframe as well as the sum and budget financed can be
extended to Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Support Community with additional 5000
consulting fees. Project manager also ensures that contractors provide all arrangements with
high-quality material to make sure it is effective.
Criteria for acceptance: In completing this project, the manager has set criteria for
choosing all for this music festival event. To minimise the chances of error, performances must
be very enjoyable and very well managed. The team of photographers must ensure that they

In order to make any project successful, organization need to implement some
methodologies and some of them discussed below (Rowe, 2020). It can be used by the Camden
Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Support Group for the success of their music even:

Six sigma: By reducing the number of errors in the process by identifying what was not
working and then removing it from the procedure, it aims to improve efficiency. It utilises
techniques for quality management, which are mostly quantitative and analytical, that are
mostly used by professionals who specialise in such techniques.
Waterfall: It is among the most common methods of project management, a linear, plan -
driven tool whereby change enables the current flow like such a waterfall. Actually designed for
manufacturing or construction industry, it's become joyfully more expensive because of its rigid
physical environment leading to a lack of flexibility in adjustments at the initial stages of
production.
Agile: This is the most identifiable techniques for project management, best suited to
flexible and incremental projects. It is a form of process in which the mutual effort of self-
organization or cross-functionality and the customers create demands and strategies. Originally
designed for software design, it was created as a reaction to the Waterfall approach's
shortcomings.
From the overall analysis, it has been analysed that six sigma methodologies were used by
the project manager of the Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Music Concert Service
Community to eliminate waste and operational errors (Willumsen and et.al., 2019). It helps to
improve the overall quality of the project and managers need to attract experience for efficient
execution and good performance. The use of sigma methodology in music concerts has several
advantages and these are as follows:

changes, reducing waste, reduced costs, the production of robust technology and systems,
