in effective functioning of the organisation and eternal maximum productivity. In transportation
sector there are various strategies that help the organisations to attain their goals and objectives.
The profitability of the business organisation also depends on the operations management
strategies being adopted by them. It is seen that there is requirement to set correct course that
help them to attain their successful position. All the stages of project management must be
designed in such a manner that the company's able to attain success in the project and bring some
