The main aim behind developing the report is to analyse the performance of the team
members effectively so that it becomes easy to suggest ways in which tue performance can be
important as a team. In this report I am going to describe the major challenges that are faced
while implementing the project. In order to develop a project successfully it becomes
essential to manage the team members effectively so that they can contribute towards the
project. While developing the first part of the project the main concern was focusing on the
reinforcement activities that help in scheduling the projects efficiently. In the assignment I
have developed network diagram so that it becomes easy to understand the main activities.
However while developing the project I have identified that several challenges were faced by
the team members. This part of the assignment will entirely focus on describing the ways in
which performance can be enhanced.
Importance of effective communication
Communication plays a crucial role in developing a project. It becomes essential to
ensure that proper communication is being performed among the major stakeholders and
team members so that implementation can be done successfully. While developing the project
I have identified that there is a huge gap in understanding of the team members. For
implementing a project successfully it becomes essential to give equal importance towards
the new ideas that are introduced by any team members. As a team it is always essential to
understand the potential of each member and should motivate each other. Thus it can be
stated that communication plays a crucial role in the development process and it becomes

the team members developed an incomplete schedule. This incomplete schedule has the
potential to disrupt the project.
Apart from this it is the responsibility of team representative to determine the
capabilities of members so that they can be assigned with proper responsibilities. This will
ensure that each member is capable of giving their full contribution towards the project
development process. With proper team management it will become easy to manage the
activities. The team representative should have the ability to motivate the employees so that
they can work effectively that will bring better results towards the project. Effective team
work ensures that the project is being executed by mutual understanding and each member is
equally involved in the project. The main reason behind carrying out a project in team is that
it helps in ensuring proper performance. This ensures that the project is being executed
effectively within the time. Team management plays a crucial role in developing a project.
This ensures that the project is being successfully implemented without any issue. While
managing a team it has been observed that the communication becomes a main challenge.
Thus it is essential to ensure that each team members are able to communicate.
Communication will help in avoiding the chances of errors that might take place when the
project is carried out by a single person.

tracking the attainable goals so that each member can work for achieving the goal. The goal
that is set by the project manager must be attainable and realistic so that the team can work
towards the objective. Secondly the team executive should be clear about the tasks that are
will ensure that they are aware of the benefits that comes along with proper team work. The
main motive behind describing the different ways in which team work can be enhanced is to
ensure that the conflicts that are faced at the time of project implementation can be mitigated
