INTRODUCTION
The project management is distinct as the use of the specific skills, knowledge,
techniques to deliver something value to the people. It is very important for the managers and the
organisation to have a look over the project in which the company has t invest or not. The good
project management can lead to the success and growth of the business enterprise. The project
management include the use of the various software which can help in improving the quality of
services for the business organisation. The project management help in increasing business
activities. The name of project is Transport for London where project is about developing some
of land along Bollo Lane to generate more than 800 new homes in Acton. An event is also
directed for anniversary of G&S society where TFL if going to be subsidised. (Chen and Xu, ).
This report covers beginning, growth of network diagram, stakeholder analysis, WBS, and risk
analysis that supports to upsurge productivity.
TASK 1
Methodologies
Th project which is been discussed in this report is about building more than 800 homes
in Action by TFL which could help in developing the business activities and its performance. A
project is been planned where the process of documentation and mixture of various activities are
used by the number of people in order to compete their goals and objectives. The main aim of
this project is to build homes of good structure and successfully organise event which will assist
in improving the brand image.(Liu, Long and Wei, 2022).
There are various methodologies which is connected with the project management and
the various use of the software can help in managing the activities of the organisation. In relation
to chosen project, TFL has selected to use different methodology such as:
Waterfall – This is defined as the methodology which is used by the people in their project
such as manufacturing, engineering, and construction. This provides advantages to the people in
completion of their project. There are different stages of the waterfall model which is
requirement, design implementation, and verification. TFL use all the three stages to analyse the
product requirement software construction is used to design the project and instrument it
therefore that can help to manage each function. In confirmations stages, all stages, products and
raw material while building homes should be check properly and manage each functions. The

ending stage is preservation that used upholding each project and activities successfully. This can
assistance to progress the structural productivity and profitability by succeeding each stage and
software.
SCRUM – This is defined as the project development methodology which is utilised in
developing the software and deliver value to the customers. It is used collectively after building a
team and managing their work. This is the model which is based on three principle such as
transparency, inspection, and adaption that provisions to complete project. The inspection is used
to getting the feedback on specific product and change that used to bring variations in relation to
their practise of project. This benefits to develop the business case and maintain higher
presentation(Edwards, 2022).
TASK 2
Network diagram
The network diagram is been defined as the diagram which is been made with the help of
software and computer system in the form of graphical representation. This is the most important
for each individual who is handling the project and decide whether the network diagram is been
used or not. In the current scenario , a network diagram is been designed by project management
considering all the stages which are related with construction homes. he diagram for current
project is revealed below:

In critical path it has been observed there are various activities which need to be followed
while doing the project. And it is been analysed that this project will take time in completion. As
per analysis highest time taken activities is assumed that more than 1 week. According to this
basis, highest possible time taken activities are 1,2,4,5,9,10,21 and 22 that will take maximum
time to complete the project. Moreover, the project will complete in 116 days.(Edwards, 2022).
TASK 3
Stakeholder Analysis
This analysis is a process of collecting relevant information to identify the stakeholders
of company on the basis of their levels of participation i.e. power and interests in the company.
To prioritize the shareholders, they are classified on power interest grid according to the degree
of their power and interests. The stakeholder analysis of TFL is mentioned below :
High Power, high Interest : It shows those shareholders that have high power and high interests
to follow the regulations by understanding the project. As regards the present project, Town

hall committee and government fall under this due to their responsibility to form rules and
regulations for the project. (Gawusu and et. al., 2022).
High power, low Interest : The organizers and internal participants are considered to have high
power and low interest in the project of the company. They have power to transform the plan
but they get the fixed remuneration.
Low power , high Interest : Investors of the company are categorised in this category because
they possess low power and high interest in the project of company.
Low power, low Interest : The customers and employees of company are categorised under this
as they have low interest and possess low power. The employees work only to get their
salary. The customers have option to switch to another brand on late completion of project.
TASK 4
Work Break Down Structure : It is a tool for project management that provides a
method to complete the large projects by dividing them into multiple smaller tasks. By breaking
the project down in smaller activities, this framework facilitates integration of costs. The
