The current report will be based on Astra Plc, which falls under the category of leading
organization in the UK. The report will highlight project plan, scope, risk and success, in the
context of a health and fitness app launch project that will take place in the next three months.
TASK
A- Project plan.
The current project is based on health and fitness application launch in the three years.
Management in the Astra Plc, creates the best plan for their app, including different activities and
practices they will take approach conduct in appropriate and practical manner. They will take
initiative to identify what customers want, and then conduct appropriate market research. After
that, they will approach to conduct competitive analysis, meet about features, functions and
interface. All these terms are included in planning process of current project. Along with these
activities the current project plan include more such as building mock up application, graphic
design template, code of app, beta build, launch to testers, and outcomes, on the basis of that
final changes will be done.

Design of application-
The design of health and fitness application is unique because Astra Plc and its
