INTRODUCTION
The management of a project is considered as key approach which helps an individual to
manage key things associated with a project (Englund, and Graham, R2019). Project
management is also considered as key approach in managing the essential tasks associated with a
project. It is essential to manage a project with the help and support of key strategies and
framework in order to lead the competition. In this report example of Astra Plc is taken into
consideration which is a small company which sells minerals and vitamins. The application will
focus on youth who are suffering from obesity and they do not have more time or appropriate
time for obesity. In this report, the scope, success and different types of risks which are attached
with the project are also explained in a precise and systematic manner.

TASK
Project plan
It is necessary for Astra Plc to focus on development of a project plan as it determines
future actions which are desired to complete the project. In the project planning related to this
project, the project leader will evaluate key ways to resolve all major problems associated with
the project. The project will also include key elements which are required to develop the
application in a well-defined manner (Kerzner, 2019). The project development will also include
key considerations that are essential for growth and expansion of the application. Along with all
these, the project leader will also focus on completing all the tasks and activities associated with
the project on timeline. Gantt chart is the best technique chosen by a project leader to complete
set targets attached with the project before or on timeline.

Project Scope
The application which is developed by Astra Plc will be used by large number of
population including youth. The application is meant for the obesity suffering people and it will
also develop key techniques to resolve the issue. People who are suffering from obesity will be
able to develop a major approach in resolving the issue with the support of application. The
application will be available on two major platforms, Google Play Store and Apple store. When
the application will be provided on these two major platforms, all users would be able to
download and take benefits of the application. The application will include training from
professional gym trainers in order to gain results in a set period of time. The application
development will also include help from IT experts, who will provide quick solutions for the
problems (Oppong, Chan, and Dansoh, 2017) Application's launch cost will be 65,000 pounds
and the funds will be arranged by the help of bank loan. The main feature of the application will
be, it will monitor day to day physical activities of the user. Application will be also able to
monitor stress and psychological activities of a person.
In the development of the application, there will be use of high end software that helps in
increasing the chances of optimum growth. The application will also involve in app purchases
where users can purchase fitness and health based items which are effective for a person. The
main purpose and scope of the application will be time saving and money of citizens. Products
and services of application will be provided at affordable rates to different customers.
Project risk
In the functioning and development of a project there is a major risk associated with
different elements. The project leader must focus on increasing the chances of risk management
in order to gain competitive growth (Rosa, Chaves, and Pedron, 2016). It is also one of the major
role of a project leader to use the best risk management strategy in order to eliminate risk
associated with the operations. The main risk associated with health and fitness app is described
below:
 Application designing- The health fitness application will be facing risk in application
designing. Application designing is a complex task which should be done with minor
changes and main focus on its designing. The application designing will be performed by

project. In the recent times, many applications focus on number of users who are actively
