Executive Summary
This project is based on discussing about the development of a proper form of project plan for
the intended project based on the development of a training schedule. This training would be
intended for the benefit of the organisation. The following presentation would thus help in
depicting the entire outline of the project. This presentation would define the scope of the
project, set milestones for the project and would also mention the project deliverables. This
presentation would also include the WBS, schedule of the project and the activity diagram of the
entire project scenario.

1. Project Scope Statement and Milestone
The project scope objectives could be defined as the entire set of objectives that would be
able to meet with the needs of the organisation. With the impact of such kind of scope of the
project plan, it would be helpful for the business organisation to provide a useful training to the
new employees. The project for designing the training sessions would also be able to determine
the key requirements of training, determination of schedules, estimate the budget and thus be
able to determine the final deliverables of the project.
2. Project Deliverables
The deliverables of the project would be able to define the final outcomes from the
project. This would be able to define the objectives of the training and the learning outcomes that
would be derived based at the end of the training.
The deliverables of this project based on the inclusion of training sessions would be
helpful in planning the schedule of the training. Based on the impact of this training, the
