Introduction
Project Management is the process of leading the team in order
to achieve project goals within given time. There is need of
dividing overall project in small activities and completing each
of them in order to make the project successful. Project
management plays a major is successfully carrying a project
and to achieve the goals and objectives in proper manner.
There are certain stages that helps the project manager to carry
on a project successfully. The approaches to project
management are part of this poster. At the same time, there is
analysis of control techniques utilized to deliver a successful
project.

There are several methodologies that helps to carry on a project. The
project manager has to identify the best strategy that will help to carry on
the project in best suitable manner. It is important to identify the most
suitable strategy that will help to complete the project and the same can
be done by analyzing the nature of project.
Traditional approach: This is oldest approach to carry on the project. It
focuses on carrying the work on effective manner and delivering the
same on time. It is important to budget and then carrying the same to
attain goals and objectives on time. The use of tradition approach is done
in case of less complex projects. It is seen that the work is rigid and no
one is able to make changes in the previous activities.
Waterfall Approach: As the name suggest, the methodology includes all
the stages in the form of waterfall. After completing one stage the next
stage of the project can be carried on. For the given methodology proper
dividing of project work is being facilitated. Waterfall methodology helps
the project managers to construct an effective pathway to attain the
desired goals and objectives of the project firm. The aim is to provide
rational distribution that helps to accomplish the project task. The
changes in previous activities cannot be done in case of this
methodology.
Agile Approach: It is a flexible method of completing a project. The
activities are scheduled in order but one can start the next activity
without completing the preceding if it is beneficial for the project. The
provided project methodologies aim the working for completing the
project to achieve maximum benefit by utilizing the resources effectively.

that all the actions are taken.
