How might changes to project scope affect the project's schedule, and how would a
project manager formally communicate such variances to project stakeholders?
The project implementation is quite tricky task and it requires to follow some significant
steps. the project plans give an idea about different assumptions and helps to make an
understanding about the way to implement the project. This is not necessary that these ideas
will not be changes because that is almost impossible to have the reality as imagination. In
context of project management changes are inevitable but the project manager can implement
some innovative and back ideas which can help to secure the specific project. The change
management surely not remove the probability of changes but it will give the idea and
strategy to reduce the negative impact of those changes (SUBSOMBOON, et. al., 2019).
These can be understood that the project implementation requires different authorities and
people to make their efforts regarding the completion of task.
These changes affect all of those people and make some negative influences to the project
success probability if they are critical and large. The stakeholders and outer authorities are
not necessary to understand all the changes as might be they will be the part of internal
aspects of the project. They will require clear and specific resolution and justification
regarding the changes and these is as well necessary for the team to make them understand
about different things. The leaders of project are majorly needed to make some ideas and
approaches to deal with the issues.
That was analysed and observed from the discussion and viewpoints of some other sources
that the manager is highly responsible to communicate with the stakeholders and team
members regarding all the changes which have been made in the project implementation.
That is necessary for the project management to give different and relevant information to the
project management team regarding different modification which have been made but they
need to understand the issues by themselves first. Their own analysis is most necessary to
make the understanding about different aspects. That is also necessary for them to make
strong communication with the stockholders from day one the whole structure of the project
(Kompas, et. al., 2019). This communication will help them to make the internal and external
structure of project significantly.
If they will also have the idea about project, then it will help them to understand the changes
and their consequences. These changes can also affect the completion of the project which

can be the major issue for the entire team and organization. That is also observed that such
changes and implementations needs to be revaluated in appropriate manner. That can be
understand that project management needs be critically evaluated by the right time. The
critical analysis over the idea can help to make the probability of changes reduced. This is
necessary for them to make the things clear and understandable to the higher authorities
(Mirchandani & Lederer, 2014). These cab be understood from the entire analysis that the
control management is majorly required to implement the project in significant manner.

Project goals and objectives
The goal and objective of project makes the understanding about real values and focus of the
project. These are the statements which describes that what will the organization accomplish
from the accomplishment of specific project. Goal can be referring as the major concern or
motive behind implementing the entire project. One project had initiated by St. Dismas
medical Centre. The specific project was related to the living and comfort services of
inpatients. Major goal of the organization behind building such project is to provide
residential and medical services to the patients. The MD of the hospital Fred Splient took a
meeting of different staff members and discussed about different issues related to inpatient
and outpatient stage of the hospital (Aliabadi, et. al., 2019). That took in the concern that the
patients are not able to get the treatment of their right. The objective of company was to
provide effective services to their inpatients. These can be quite cosy effective but will also
help to expand the business. The other objective of organization was to hire the talented
and skilled staff which can help the patients to get effective rehabilitation therapy.
Consequently, it can be stated that the organization is mainly concerned to improve their
services.
Project scope statement
The project scope statement refers to the project deliverables and approaches. The
implementation of a project is quiet tricky and responsible task. The consequences of project
help to understand the values and success rate of the project. The scope of projects gives the
idea about the values and importance of the project. Fred Splient had decided to make the
implementation of project on the basis of innovative idea of making the health and kitchen
services at the same place. The company had made the idea of making innovating apartments
which will provide the facilities of health and kitchen at the same place. These can be the
good option to make the patients feel comfortable. The board of organization was sure that
this approach will help them to extend their business. This will help tom make the increment
in outpatient therapy program (Panova & Hilletofth, 2018). This program will help the
patients to get cure by the right time. The other deliverable of these project implementation
would be the focus on reimbursable protective and wellness programs for the aged group of
people. This program is essentially necessary for such department because they need to get

the best and effective cure. Thus, it can be stated that the idea of project scope can help to
build the most effective project.
Work breakdown structure
The successful implementation of project requires to have the good and effective team
management. The team management includes the proper execution of task in significant
manner. The work breakdown structure is the approach which gives the idea to complete the
task by appropriate time. This helps tom make the determination of different tasks which
have been given to the different departments of project. This determination also helps the
team members to define their work roles.
Work breakdown structure of project
The wordbreak down structure helps to understand the different tasks and responsibilities of
different team members. This can be understood that the project has two different
departments that is operational and financial. The operational departments provide the
facilities of nursing and housing as the company had decided to start the make an apartment
which have the kitchen and medical facilities. The internal team takes care of these
requirements. The idea about estimated budget is also necessary as it gives the idea about
estimated cost regarding the project (Steyn & Linde, 2016). The cost values include different

financial requirements to be define. Thus, it can be stated that the work breakdown structure
can help to understand different requirements of team members.
Project schedule
The schedule of project gives the understanding about estimated time which can be taken for
the completion of project. The project schedule gives an idea to make the completion of the
task. The scheduling gives an idea about different tasks and scheduling of team tasks.
Critical path method
This is an algorithm which helps tom make the understanding about different tasks and their
timeline. This method used in the large project implementation as it gives the idea to make
the project in more precise manner.

days. The task E and 5 can be done by the same time which is defined in the diagram.
