Project Goals and Objectives
The goal of the project is to construct a bungalow based on certain dimensional
specifications as well as certain parameters of project execution that have been already set.
Accordingly, the objectives of the project are as follows.
 To analyze the bungalow specifications to determine whether the project is
feasible
 To analyze the project plan specifications to determine whether the project is
feasible
 To construct the bungalow based on the construction parameters as well as
predetermined project plan
Project Scope Statement
The scope of the project includes the construction of the bungalow for which,
dimensional and construction specifications have already been provided. Other scope items of
the project include:
 Development of bungalow blueprint based on the specifications and parameters is
within the scope of the project.
 Determination of resources required to construct the bungalow is within the scope
of the project.
 Determination of human resources required for the construction of the bungalow
is within the scope of the project.
 Preparation of overall structural design is within the scope of the project.

 Development of the structural framework of the bungalow is within the scope of
the project.
 Development of the roof design and framework is within the scope of the project.
 Execution of the construction within the predetermined project schedule is within
the scope of the project.
While these are the in scope items, there are also some out of scope items as well that
will be excluded from the project. These are listed as follows.
 Construction license for the bungalow is not included within this project.
 Procurement and sponsorship plan for the budget is not included within the
project.
 Renting plan for the bungalow is not a part of this project.
