Control techniques of project.
A Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM): It is a matrix that helps to map or trace the
performance and requirements of the project. This helps to correlate relationship between two
baseline document. It makes the project more visible. The approval at each task helps to remove
barrier in the project.
A control chart: It is being used to monitor the quality of the project. The chart includes the
characteristics of the project and it helps to measure the success of project.
Review and status meetings: The meetings also help to analyse the problems and find all the
things that went wrong. The issue is not repeated later so that actions for improvement are taken.
