1. Planning
1.1 Optimization of time and resources
The procedures through which time and resources are optimized include:
Using mixed strategy: Mixed strategy is utilized by the project for optimizing both time
as well as resources of the project. It is identified that in the plan as well as lock up phase, both
the units are build together thus it assists in optimizing time as well as resources of the project.
Proper tracking: Proper track must be kept on the project so that the entire project can
be completed successfully within the estimated time and budget without creating any challenges.
Proper management: It is quite important to manage both the resources as well as time
of the project so that the entire project can be completed successfully within the estimated time
and budget by optimizing the utilization of resources and time
Training to the workers: The workers are trained so that they are capable of working
efficiently in completing the construction related tasks of the project properly.
1.2 Duration and cost of the entire project and critical path as well as activities
1.2.1 Duration of the project
The entire duration that is required for completing the entire project successfully is
around 156 days. It is estimated that in 156 days both the units are constructed successfully. If
the project managers are not able to complete the project then the project faces number of issues
as well as challenges.

The entire cost that is estimated for completing the project is around $71,696. The project
must be completed within this budget. If the project managers are unable to complete the project

2. Tracking and execution
2.1 Current status of the project
It is identified that currently the unit 1 is in the “Fit Out” phase and is completing the
activity of plastering walls whereas unit 2 is completed up to “lock up” phase. The technique of
tracking is utilized with the help of the Gantt chart is order to keep track on the project activities.
It is identified that mixed strategy is used in both “plan and site” and “lock up phase” in order to
complete the work activities of both the phase properly.
