1.1 Optimization of time and resources

2.1 Current status of the project
It is identified that currently the unit 1 is in the “Fit Out” phase and is completing the
activity of plastering walls whereas unit 2 is completed up to “lock up” phase. The technique of
tracking is utilized with the help of the Gantt chart is order to keep track on the project activities.
It is identified that mixed strategy is used in both “plan and site” and “lock up phase” in order to
complete the work activities of both the phase properly.
