quality products make an essential contribution to the revenue and the profits. They enable
the company in order to charge and maintain prices those are higher.
The tools those are helpful in the planning the quality management of a project include
case and affect diagram, flowcharts, check sheets, Pareto diagrams, histograms and control
charts (Stamatis, 2018).
Case and effect diagrams: A cause and effect diagram evaluates why something happened
or might happen. This done by sorting out cause those are potential into small categories.
It also useful in showing relationships between the factors those are contributing. It
facilitates the thought procedure in scrutinizing a problem into four sources those are

but the long term impact is expensive. For example: utilising a software that costs minimal
might save the company with money but that software can be more complex than more
software those are expensive or lack of customers services (Patra, Jain & Dhawna, 2018). If a
problem arises, the software does not have any customer services and it will take longer time
in order to achieve the job.
