PPMP20008: Analysing Lessons Learnt in Project Planning & Execution

1. INTRODUCTION
In order to complete this specific course study I have chosen PMP20008 course. This will help to
meet all the requirements related to project planning and initiation. According to my
observation this project will help me in addressing all the requirements related to the project.
This will help me to address the benefits and challenges that are going to be faced while
implementing this project. I have explained the way in which the sources and information’s are
collected in this paper. Apart from this paper I have also addressed the way in which the
situation forced me to work on that specific situation. In this paper I have included all the
existing challenges and strategies that will help in improving the situation.

6. CONCLUSION
Thus from the above lessons learnt it can be said that proper project definition is needed to be
done for addressing all the requirements. This includes proper identification of the resources,
analysing the exact cost included on the development of the project and the functional and non-
functional requirements. Proper analysis will help in implementing the project successfully. Each
situation associated with the project needs to be analysed properly. Proper mitigation strategy will
help to overcome the difficult situation. However PPMP20008 course is not sufficient for making a
project successfully, therefore proper lessons will help in completion of each phase quickly.
