Introduction
The project procurement management is mentioned as the introduction of relationship
between the suppliers and also project goods or services for obtaining the project outcomes to

this article, it depicts the review of critical phases of project procurement management
involving suppliers’ selection as well as suppliers’ performance evaluation (Fleming 2019).
To get the excellence project procurement process it must require to select the correct
suppliers and to measure their performance evaluation to obtain the best outcomes within the
project.

As stated in this article, within the procurement process, the main effective objectives
are suppliers’ selection as well as suppliers’ performance evaluation. Fundamentally, the
procurement method contains such four stages including material collection as well as
descriptive analysis or selection of category and also material evaluation (Lloyd-Walker and

To conduct the first phase of material collection, it requires to search the effective papers for

suppliers. In addition to this, it requires to provide details of the products, quantities as well
as delivery dates in order to understand the ability of suppliers (Allen et al. 2015). After
selecting the suppliers, it needs to track their performance in order to identify the faults so
that it can overcome during the running period of projects. If the suppliers perform
successfully within the project period, it can improve the productivity of the projects which is
connected to produce quality based goods or services.
