Objective
The task of project management involves different phases and no phase is more important than
others. The decision to take up a project and spending money and hours on that is a difficult
standard to maintain. The first step while deciding on taking up a project is to decide on the
investment provider and the possible ways to gather the calculated capital required starting the
project. The body involved in providing the required fund is also very curious about their
involvement in the entire process. Hence, the incident of graffiti is growing in the region, the
senior manager of service department of local Australian council needs to discuss about the idea
with the new CEO and needs to set a proposal. The entire process of initiating a project is a very
enduring task and important criteria needs to be satisfied before starting the project. The scope of
the project needs to be carefully analyzed and the risks involved should be calculated to the

appoint someone worthy of taking care of the required duties1. The investor appoints these
certain someone as the owner of the idea has the requirement of enough capital to start with the
project. The senior manager also need to discuss the plan with the CEO of the council. New CEO
has the idea of this type of issues and can help the senior manager to create a better research
proposal. The CEO is becoming the only source to provide the necessary amount to start and
build the project up to the delivery is responsible for selecting the person to take care of the
responsibilities related to the project. The process of project management and decision-making
has to be decided by the person initially booked for leading the entire team and but that person is
enough occupied with dealing the proceedings of the project. To assist that person from the
technical point of view of the project another person is assigned to deal with all the factors. That

best possible implementation methods and execution processes2. The entire scenario now
changes to the different persons involved in the project development team and the person
responsible for the idea is nowhere near the execution of the project methods. People responsible
in handling all the task of the project is at a position that is very difficult to handle. The role and
responsibilities of the senior project manager exceeds that of any other officer or manager that
resides within the organization. The senior project manager has to make the outline of the project
business case, keep track of the deadline, estimate the cost of the project, and make instant
decisions at the cost of the entire project. The cost estimation process is hectic and may take a lot
of time in deciding the most appropriate amount to be spent on the project. With the budget fixed

problems arising. The entire conduct of handling the project management task needs to be made
sure that the flow of execution is stable and that the project can be delivered within the estimated
deadline. After estimating and calculating the project details and execution plan is on the way it
is mandatory to decide on the fact whether the project will benefit the overall outcome of the
company. While deciding on taking up a project the people involved should keep a check on the
various outcomes of the project. The project outcome should not violate the policies of the
company and should also not intercept the principles of working community and as a whole of
the entire company 3. The ethics and values of the company should be incorporated with the
people and modules associated with the project and should always inculcate the views and never
have the tendency to neglect them. The project outputs are totally based upon the methods and
ways of the company. It is a known and obvious fact that people prefer to opt for companies that
are most suitable to carry the entire project and bring it to success. The type of project that a
company accepts is very responsible for deciding the outcomes of their company. The businesses
that they are involved in are totally affected if the project chosen by them does not give the
company enough profits and does not help in the process for the entire company to grow. This
can be directly linked with the responsibilities of the project management team and their
decisions directly affect the outcomes of the company4. If the managers are unable to take the
best decision and the project proceeds in an abrupt way then the entire business is fouled. Getting
up and recovering from this kind of situations can prove to be costly and the entire business can

be affected from such a massacre. The CEO may also find disinterest in situations like this and
may show disinterest in contribution to the project in the future. The people responsible for
carrying out such tasks to determine the well being of the people involved and taking the
necessary steps to increase the growth of the company needs to be conscious about their
methods. The entire team should be motivated in deciding the best option possible for the project
and take the best course of action.

a vast industry in itself. The task of choosing a project that will boost the growth of the council
while also maintaining the standards of the council is a tough. The team which is able to perform
