inductive and deductive method of approaches of research. Further, within this research,
deductive method is used for collection and analysing the data and information in most effective
manner. It helps in achieving researches aim and objectives and it is dependent on quantitative
research. This approach helps in collecting numerical data and information.
Research strategy : Research strategy is the method of collecting and gathering the data
and information in most effective manner. Further it includes certain strategies like experimental
research, interview, survey, action research etc. this will be helpful in gathering data and
information. Within this study, researcher is using literature review and survey to complete this
research (Inuaesiet, Okon, and Akpan, 2021). Literature review is made for analysing diverse
books and articles and present it in effective manner. It is presented through different methods.
Also survey includes questionnaire which is needed for this study. In this close ended questions
are made for filling it with respondents.
Research method : Research method is used for developing the informational and
gathering true interpretation. This includes qualitative and quantitative research method.
Qualitative method is the one which helps in collecting theoretical informational and this helps in
collecting better information. Further, quantitative information is the one which brings numerical
data and information. Within this study, investigator is using quantitative method which brings
numerical information about the topic and also there is a use of questionnaire survey. This helps
in bringing true and valid information. Also it helps in collecting data through use of charts and
tables.
Data collection method : Data collection is done through primary and secondary
method. Primary method brings primary information which collects directly from respondents
and uses graphs and statistical information (Zhao, Cooke, and Wang, 2021). On the next had,
secondary data is collected through analysing different books and articles and it brings true and

information. Within this study, primary research is helpful in achievement of the organisational
gaols and this is collected through questionnaire survey which includes close ended questions. It
will be developing more information and this provide charts and graphs to calculate data. Also,
secondary data is bringing theoretical data and informational and it is developing information
through books and articles and developing true and reliable information (MANN, 2021).
Sampling : Sample size selected within this is 40 members and these are the employees
of Sainsbury and in this probabilistic random sampling method is used because it helps in
providing equal opportunity to every respondents to be select in sample.
