Quality management in project is considered to be very essential, for successfully
executing a project. Hence it is important to understand the concept associated with quality in
project management. According to my friends post it can be stated that quality is one of the most
important factor that are needed to be taken care while developing a project. Every customers
and stakeholder tends to achieve a certain project deliverable with proper quality. Thus it is
important for the project managers to understand the importance of quality while developing a
project. In order to explain the quality management factor, quality of vehicle maintenance
facility project has been selected by my friend. The reason behind selecting a certain project for
explaining the quality component is for providing better understanding. For the purpose of
improving the quality in vehicle maintenance project it can be stated that the consistency,
scalability and reliability needs to be maintained effectively. After evaluating the post, it can be
concluded that all the essential requirements for explaining quality management has been
discussed within the post. Beside this, my friend has also focused on explaining the essential
tools that are needed for maintaining quality off a product. With proper use of quality
management tools it becomes easy to deliver effective product. Lastly, my friend has focused on
evaluating the cost and quality factor for successfully managing a project. Hence it is important
to manage the quality of the project so that it can meet the expectations of the customers.
