INTRODUCTION
A Project Quality Plan (PQP), also alluded to as a Quality Control Plan, a Quality
Improvement Plan or a Quality Management Plan for a Project, is a project-specific Quality
Plan that outlines the activities, requirements, instruments and processes needed to ensure
quality in a project's execution (Baker, 2018). The report is divided into two section in which
under first part development of a quality plan has been done for a project of electric car.
While in second task, some questions are addressed about project execution and evaluation.
MAIN BODY
Section 1 PROJECT Quality PLAN
1.Quality Management Approach
key project requirements:
Some key specifications of such a project are discussed below:
To determine how the release of electric cars contributes to reducing environmental
problems.
To find different ways in which consumer attitudes to electric cars can be explored by
the UK automotive industry.
To examine the impact of consumer behaviour on the UK market's electric car
production.
Identify major inputs into the plan:
There are a range a range of inputs which have been putted into the plan such as raw material
like iron, steel, battery, colour, engine and many more.
Any industry or organisational quality standards:
With respect to above project, below mentioned standard has been applied which is explained
in such manner:
ISO 9001- For any sector, quality management is critical, but it is much more so for
production. An ISO 9001 credential indicates that the company is customer-focused and

4. Quality Planning
A summary of the key quality standards relevant to the project:
Expectation from customers- The customers are expected to get a car which is efficient in
terms of quality and fuel. As well as car needs to produce less amount of pollution in the
environment. These all expectations can be meet by making an electric car.
Key success factors: A management term for an aspect that is important for an agency or
initiative to fulfil its task is a crucial success factor (Levy, 2018). They have to be conscious
of each key success driver and the differences between the keys as well as the key outcome
field of the various positions in order to accomplish their objectives. Below some key factors
are mentioned which are as follows:
Price of Cars
Cost of running a car (e.g., fuel)
Scope of Driving
Supercharging time and device accessibility
Quality of automobiles and reliability
Certain utility attributes (e.g., vehicle interior volume, number of seats, trunk space)
Factors affecting the climate (e.g., CO2 and pollutant emissions)
Incentives or disincentives for activities (whereas according to "clean vehicle zones"
or lanes for "higher room vehicles")
