quality product it requires certain Strategies and steps to be followed to achieve required
quality standards. This involve quality management plan which include Quality Assurance
process, extensive monitoring along with superior control on the quality of the product.
Activities regarding quality management plan is described in details in this context. Details
about quality control process is provided in the quality assurance and quality control
discussion provided in this report. It provides details about tools and techniques required in
controlling quality, which is essential for ensuring overall project quality. discussion about
