Hello, today in this video, I am going to make a personal reflection regarding the learning
and knowledge I gathered during this module. This is a project management module in which, I,
along with the classmates of mine took part. For this particular part of the module, I was
assigned to work in a project called Mawson Pass Project. Since this was a group project, I was
assigned to work with three of my classmates. Throughout the course of the group work, we
divided specific roles and duties among us so that everyone can share the burden of the work.
In this video, I will reflect about two things – my personal knowledge gain from the
project and team gain from the project. In this project, I learned a lot regarding practical
application of project management tools and techniques in a given scenario. I had basic
theoretical knowledge that I applied in this project to solve various problem. In addition to these,
I gained team working skills while working in the project. I learned to divide roles among the
team members and also coordinate with each other to solve complex problems in the project. I
also gathered some leadership skills while working in the project.
All these skills and knowledge I gathered will help me significantly in the near future,
especially in my professional career. I ensured to use the skills and knowledge I gathered in the
future endeavours in this module as well as in further career.
