considered. The measures preventing or mitigating the adverse effects are to be considered and the
public concerns related to the activities are to be evaluated. Thirdly, the council regulations and
current local policies are to be considered. The advice is to be given on the local government is to be
given to the minister local government and ministers by policy groups of department of internal
affairs. Next, the policy group is to be considered. For this policy advice are to be provided on the
local government that involves the system of the local government on the local bills (O'Boyle, 2016).

would comply with the regulations

is anyone to keep secure and safe. Through risk assessment is to be carried out for assuring all the
