Question One
Clarity is a vital quality of the research topic. The research topic should be clear in order
to make it easy for anyone to understand the background of the research. The topic of the
research needs to have the same interpretation (Thornhill, Saunders and Lewis 2009). The
research topic needs to be very clear in the mind for undertaking this and the topic needs to be
free from the ambiguity and needs to be directional.
The topic of the research needs to be well phrased, well defined and very easy for
understanding. The research should be written in very simple language. The writer needs to use
the technical terms where it requires, otherwise, he or she should use very simple language in
order to make the research easy and simple for the readers.
The writer must remember about the ethics while writing the research paper for avoiding
any unethical sentence or term (Saunders 2011). The research title issues needs to follow the
titling rules. Various rules are there of titling. The writer can use title case or sentence case, but
most of the writer follows the rules of title case. The writer must read the titling rules before start
writing.
The writer or the researcher while choosing the topic of the research should consider the
significant of the current significance. The researcher or the writer needs to assess of how much
the research topic will be beneficial to the study field.

The project manager can be more beneficial with the Gantt Charts. Utilizing the visual
representation of the Gantt chart will make the project easy to understand. Followings are the
aspects that helps n managing the time or schedule of the team while working in a project:
 Gantt chart helps the representing the project activities and schedule.
 Make easy to represent the tasks in time.
 Makes the time frame and dates visible clearly.
 Gantt chart helps in seeing the plans of the project by year, quarter, month, week and day.
 Helps in tracking the progress and the pending tasks of the project
 Gantt chart helps in visualizing the time of the project in the graphical format to make the
team understand clearly (Tonchia 2018).
However, there are some disadvantages of the Gantt chart in project management such as:
 It needs more skills and efforts for preparing a Gantt chart and managing the chart or the
graph is very hectic job.
 Needs more effort for managing the created chart
 Updating any graph is time consuming
 In the single view of the Gantt chart, not all the tasks are visible (Portz 2014).
 Calculating the aggregates is not very easy
 The stack of the Gantt chart represents the time only not the working hours.
 Need to click and scroll multiple buttons for viewing the remaining tools
 It is not easy for realigning the project tasks from section to section.
Though Gantt chart have many disadvantages, these can be avoided by utilizing the
advance tools those are available in the market.
