Cambodia. It is identified that the retail business will be started in Phnom Penh, Cambodia as

to provide proper quality products at a reasonable price to the customers.
1.2 Mission statement
The mission statement for the new business is to save the money of the people so that
they can be able to live better.
1.3 Key performance indicator
The key performance indicator for the newly started retail business is illustrated
below:
Profit: Profit is considered as one of the most important performance indicator. In
order to analyze the performance of the organization, it is very much necessary to calculate
net profit margin so that the success of the organization can be easily measured.
Customer satisfaction: If the customers of the retail business will be happy then they
will use the service of the organization. Therefore, in order to measure the performance of the
business it is very much necessary to measure CSR including percentage of customers as well
as satisfaction scores.
