The research topic relates to project risk management that used to analyze the various risks
occurred in the overall cycle of the project. This topic helps the project to remain on the track
and to achieve the goals of the relevant project. It has been analyzed that risk impacts the overall
project in terms of timeline, budget or performance (Carvalho and Rabechini, 2015). The risk
management strategies include detailed planning to manage the risks occurred in the project.
Risk mitigation strategies are also involved in the risk management process. The management of
risk maintains the overall risks as per the priorities like high, medium and low risks. But it is
identified that not all risks treated in an equal manner by the risk management as some risks are
positive in the overall project.

management as the project includes several risks so it is important to manage them in a proper
manner. The risk management is the process used by the project managers to decrease the
problems occurred in the project and provide negative impacts on the variety of projects

overall process, technologies, people and resources of the project. By the way, it is important to
manage the different risks in different separation and in an effective manner.
According to the Khameneh, et al., (2016), all the activities included in the management of risk
applied in the project to make the risk-free project. The risk management is an organizational
policy for analysing the investments and also minimize the risks for reducing the project failure.
It has been analyzed that risks include both opportunities and threats and both are used in the
overall process of the project management. In business, the project management of risk is one of
the essential parts that used to analyze the potential risks and reduce the negative impact of the
organization.

analyse the particular topic in different ways (Smith, 2015). This project includes the mixed
methodology that includes both methods for gathering the information that are primary data and
secondary data. As the mixed methodology is one of the best methods used in the research
(Gwyer, 2015). The qualitative and quantitative both approaches are used in this research that is
more beneficial in analyse the different results of the research (Szeles, 2015). The research
methods are included in the different process as it is too effective in carrying out the research
projects in a proper manner.
