Types of project risk
There are various types of risk which involve in building sustainable house in Auckland
New Zealand which includes hazardous and threats which results in increasing the accidents of
the workers and injuries. It is most common in New Zealand because of performing dangerous
activities in building house in New Zealand (Ostrom & Wilhelmsen, 2019). The other risk
involve is damaging and theft of the tools, equipments and materials which leads in increasing
the cost and expenditure of the project. The estimation describes that shortage of employees in
the project is also increased in Auckland New Zealand because of lack of expertise and less
number of employees in building sustainable house. To mitigate the risk project team can adopt
the strategy of adopting software it is because through this teams can manage tasks and overall
procedure in more efficient manner (Thieken, et al., 2016).
Possible constraints within project
There are some possible constraints in building sustainable house of Auckland New
Zealand includes lack of funds in which risk of employing workers, installing tools and effective
