Discuss the purpose of this document, including at what stage it is created and who authorises
this document. In your answer provide four (4) examples of project delegations and authorities

completion of the project documentation (Chomal & Saini, 2014). The development of the
initiation document would help in listing the alignment of the specific documents supporting the
initiation of the project.
