selection. The main reason behind this is that the business organization may fall down & it may
suffer from the huge loss. The selection methods of the project help in enhancing the maximum
benefits to attain the defined aim of the project.
The method of cost-benefit analysis is the most essential way to select the project. Under this
method, the overall cost of the project is being analyzed & examined in the context of all the
utilized resources as well as the financial commitment. All the identified expenses which are
expected to be incurred during the project are being considered with the help of the internal rate

stakeholders’ register. The project charter is the very effective document as it includes the

PMBOK is also been defined along with all its effective points & other benefits in relation to the
newly established application for the business organization of Uber to enhance the good
