facilities by enhancing their mobile application day by day. As per an estimation, it has been
found that more than 3 million of Uber drivers log in to the application and thus spend 8.5
million hours within the application. Uber provides a vast range of services for the purpose of
meeting the expectations of their customers (Cramer & Krueger, 2016). The largest ride hailing
company mostly contracts different taxi service providers on a contractual basis. These workers
are then engaged into a labour force with the help of an efficient software.
This report further puts emphasis over a certain project selection method and thus
implementing a new form of user interface within their business structure. This would mostly be
helpful for supporting customers and their partnered drivers to enhance the business structure of
the organisation.
