Change management referred to as one of the biggest challenges that most of the
Multinational companies are facing due to lack of understanding regarding the requirement of
the stakeholders. This reflective report focuses on the stakeholder’s requirement of IBM during
the development of software. In order to minimize the organizational issues, the stakeholder’s
requirements are needed to be understood by the management authority of the business
