INTRODUCTION
Tourism is increasing nowadays in great manner and thus, it is somewhere a biggest
reason of increasing the number of tourism level in country. Many places are there which make
them attracted so that they can attract the millions of people to visit such place. A place with
name Kurie Kurie is also a town located nearby Clarens. This is also known with the name as
heart of community programme (Rosenau and Githens, 2011). Even for murals (Wall painting)
department of culture and economic development is also taking step forward and also funding
into various priority too. The report will be discussed about project life cycle and also look for
identifying stakeholder for different project with having a proper Gantt chart for scheduling.
Although the better methodology is choose which is applicable to this project too. Apart from all
explain all the activities will be overseen.
TASK 1
1.1 Project life cycle
Even many industries are managing a various types of tools, techniques and strategies
which can attain their goals and objectives in better manner and although it also lead to gain the
trust and standard in customer as well. Although it is of four stages which is consist of and these
are as follows:
Initiation: At the pioneer stage, it is required to have identification of many issues and
opportunity and bringing the various new ideas for overcoming into various specific problems as
well which is required to grab the various chances of growth as well. Although a deep study is
being done in order to identify that whether the project is beneficial or not (Harrison and Lock,
2017). After this, it is required to move toward the planning phase for further action and
activities as well. For instance, people of kurie kurie has founded various problems and thus they
will work over this too.
Planning: After making a better initiation project they are looking forward to have a
proper planning with having a relevant facts and figures which lead to minimize the possibilities
of various mistakes, financial losses and errors as well. Moreover the manager try to complete
their work on time any how according to time schedule too. In planning, budgeting and
monitoring is done is just because to handle and control the price and expense in better manner
and even they also make an effective blue print in which they include everything in great way.

Execution: In this stage, management cycle plan is that which needs to be implemented
in their plan and it is be like which encourage employees which lead to start in working of
specific project too. For such instance, a better implementation team is required so that success
can be monitored in great way and thus it was done on regular basis too. Although a full
attention should be there in work.
Closure: In last, it was time to have transfer of various product which release with
specific project and in this needs to be discussed with every member in organisation like
stakeholder, board members and employees as well (Wysocki, 2011). Although in this phase a
final analysis is being done and every work has to be done on time too.
1.2 Identification of possible stakeholders
Stakeholders are those person who are considered at the time of making decision and
strategy in company. Moreover there are various internal and external criteria which need to be
included and even the stakeholder are the main aspect of organisation. Even though sometimes
they do get affected with the decision taken by the top executives of firm.
There are various Stakeholders in project and it is required to undertake them and some
of those are as follows:
Internal stakeholder:
 Manager: They are those who are responsible to handle and the manage working in
better manner too.
 Employees: Human resource is such who work hard and make their company to attain
their working as well.
 Investors: They are those who invest their money in the capital structure of company to
have a better working in firm.

External factors:
 Customer: They are considered as internal stakeholder as they change the policy and
procedure of company in working and it is required to satisfy them.
 Supplier: Supplier are those who provide better resources to company and thus look that

their working into various section and also look forward to make a proper coordination with
working in right direction as well which help in completing the task and activities too.

deliver the projects (Schwalbe, 2015). Although these are methodologies like which apply
principles, themes and frameworks, processes and standard are those which provide way to
deliver the project. Hence, methodology is such which make sense in the most suitable project
for the client. Moreover the more popular thing is that project management technologies are
there with some take away criteria. Some of those are as follows:
 Agile methodology: Agile is nowhere a methodology but it is a set of better principles
which help in developing the software. Individuals and interaction are those which have
processes and tools. Working software and looking forward to comprehensive
documentation as well.
 Scrum methodology: This project is that management methodology with having
proposes principles and to have improvement delivery too. Although according to
research, scrum methodology is somewhere a most favourite and easy hypothesis which
put value of agile into exercise in great way.

in better manner with the project to perform in a better manner as well.
Therefore, they have appointed their work and it is required to fix their problems with
multiple stakeholders with lack of leadership and having a schedule and having a budget
overruns as well. It can be said that stressful experience also being done and thus they have to
overlook with the vision and mission in the project and even they do not have a project risk
management in great way and thus they have to perform in better manner as well.
Town is also not getting the proper fund and they even lose the major clients who were
earlier coming to have visit at their place. Earlier the town has seen hat boom in the number of
visitor come to their place to have travelling and thus they love the murals in perfect manner as
well (Burke, 2013).
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been stated that project management is an tough task and it
is required to be maintain in right context and thus for such project it is needed to divide the
