name Kurie Kurie is also a town located nearby Clarens. This is also known with the name as

department of culture and economic development is also taking step forward and also funding
into various priority too. The report will be discussed about project life cycle and also look for
identifying stakeholder for different project with having a proper Gantt chart for scheduling.
Although the better methodology is choose which is applicable to this project too. Apart from all

Planning: After making a better initiation project they are looking forward to have a
proper planning with having a relevant facts and figures which lead to minimize the possibilities
of various mistakes, financial losses and errors as well. Moreover the manager try to complete
their work on time any how according to time schedule too. In planning, budgeting and
monitoring is done is just because to handle and control the price and expense in better manner
and even they also make an effective blue print in which they include everything in great way.
