Reflective models
Description:-
At time of assigning work to me from my manager side I was thinking about lacking of
communication skills. When the work have been given me I have become more concussion
while by taking towards by assignment.
Feelings:-
I was feeling that how I will complete my work as due to have lack of communication
skills and that might be more important for me. For making my tasks easier my team member
help me for completing my work (Johns, 2017). I was also quite feeling frustrated towards by
work.
Evaluation:-
The good thing was happened that my team members help me, and they keep me more
support. Due to having lack of communication skills. As being employee I was thinking that how
should I will complete my work. The bad things was that due to having communication not so
developed, I have faced many challenges regards to my projects work. From this I come to know
that for upcoming project I will be developed more skills.
Analysis:-
I have analyzed that my communication skills seems to be more improve and for that I
make sure about that I will read out more books and watches more videos from which I can
easily develop my skills.
Conclusion:-
I have also learned about various thinks how to work in team and how to make work with
scheduling so that could help me in projects (Hopkinson, 2020). For this I was thinking about to
make proper time table through which it might be easier for me in improving various skills.
Action plan:-
If this might be come again I will make sure about that before only I will improve my
skills through that could be easier and would have done my work faster.
