Response to question 1:
Active tools of communication like that of email, phone calls becomes important and at
the same time necessary and are required by all the stakeholders such that they could easily
communication of various kinds of procedures which in turn would help in making any kind of
project very successful.
In addition to this, several other tools of active communication like that of software and
numerous applications for the aim of sharing of screens, web conferencing and group messaging
leads towards collaborative management of work (Butt, Naaranoja & Savolainen, 2016). The
same does not go with passive tools of communication where several statements are made which
fails to make the requirements clear and leads to compromises. This involves statements like
being satisfied with various types of activities whatever is being done by other and associates
failing of making eye contacts at the time of communication.
Response to question 2:
An important role is played by the success or failure of any kind of project in the eyes of
the beholder. The beholder mostly becomes much familiar with the criteria of time along with
both quality and the cost of the project. The failure of the project in the eyes of the beholder
could indicate towards the project in not meeting all the desired expectations (Mir & Pinnington,
2014). On the other hand, the success of any kind of project in the eyes of the beholder could
also indicates that the project is successful in meeting all the desired expectations in a systematic
manner.

Several stakeholders criteria for the success with respect to communication comprises of
higher influences, higher interests, agreement on the common shared goal along with the
involvement of maximum efforts to name a few.
Response to question 3:
PMIS or project information management system is critical for the success of any kind of
project as it helps in planning, executing along with various kinds of goals for managing the
projects in a successful manner. Additionally PMIS is also utilized for the frameworks of budget
like that of the estimation of the costs. Involvement of good procedures of planning in turn helps
in making the project successful (Fazli et al., 2014). An essential role is played by PMIS in the
context of determining the success of the project because it helps in estimating costs with respect
to any sort of project along with creation of specific schedules and describing the baseline of the
scope. It also helps in analyzing the critical path and integration of several processes of control
and also focuses on involving WBS analysis.
Response to question 4:
An essential role is played by the objectives and goals of the project in determining the
success of the project as these form the major milestones for guiding the managers of the project
along with every single members of the team as to what measures need to be opted for achieving
all the goals of the project and which particular activities needs to be completed after which
particular activities such that the project could be completed in a successful manner (Drury-
Grogan, 2014). Additionally, it helps in converting visions into certain clear-cut which in turn
are measurable too. This helps all the people linked with the project in possessing clear visions
as to what needs to executed and when it needs to be executed.
