Introduction
Effective communication and methodology play a vital role in the success of any project. The
constant communication with vendors, stakeholders and clients helps to avoid
misunderstanding and misdirection while executing the project. In this report, the importance
of communication is mentioned in the first part to ensure effective communication in project
management. In the second part of the report, three methodologies are analysed to complete
the task without any problems and misunderstandings. A successful project needs effective
communication and understanding of methodology by team and stakeholders.
Part A
Communication and the process
The process of exchanging information and understanding from one to the other by speaking,
writing and body language is called communication. Communication involves a sender, a
receiver, a message, and a medium. The exchange of information can be affected by several
things. These may include medium used, emotion, culture and even the location. The
communication not only involves verbal method but it also involves documentation,
accountability, and approval (Castells, 2013).
Importance of communication in project
Effective management of any project does not only require the best tool and methodology,
but also effective communication between the team and stakeholders. In project management,
communication is the key factor that defines improvement, issues, and corrections. While
managing a project, it is important to ensure a continuous flow of communication without
interruption and involvement of all the participants in it for the success of the project. The
trip to Uganda can reach its objective by understanding the importance of flow of
communication from the top-down and bottom-up structure of the project. The methods that

Uganda may encourage them to join the academy and it will help the students to learn new

research. It is a structured combination of methods, processes, practices, and procedures
