How and why the project workshop activities developed my social and ethical awareness and
responsibility
From the project activities I become more responsible person towards society as I learn to
respect every person and value their beliefs. I am able to take accountability of my own actions
and due to these activities I am able to minimize adverse impacts of my actions on society. I was
able to accept my flaws and boosted my morale to improve my character that could help me in
my personal and professional life. Through these project activities I was able to practices actions
where I could take measure to protect the environment and become more responsible towards
minimizing negative impacts of human activities (Berei, 2020). I become a person who wants to
bring changes in society in order to make it more productive. I began to respect every person
around me and understanding their different culture as well as values. I become more about how
a person must behave among other people so that it could represent their ethics and values. I
learned from these activities that how we humans could take various measures and actions for
making sustainable environment that could help us in minimizing our harmful activities. In also
determined from these activities that we should not discriminate people on the basis of their
caste, religion, race, gender, colour and other measures as it could hurt them and represents our
unethical behaviour. As a responsible person I must make effective and ethical decisions that
could help me in developing a sustainable society (Fonseca and Fernandes, 2021). From these
activities I also learn that I must make positive and enhance my interpersonal relationships with
other people which could help me in future as I will be able to develop positive workplace
environment. I also understand from these activities that I must show empathy towards other in
order to become more socially responsible person. I become responsible towards creating a
ethical and supportive environment for people where everyone is being treated equally. I also
learned from these activities that I must follow all safety policies and take every measure so that
no one could get harm by my actions. I also become aware about how to use opportunities and
promote myself towards representing my ethical behaviour. From these activities I analysed that
one should not conduct unethical activities such as plagiarism, bullying, teasing and others which
could harm sentiments of other people (Lu, 2020). I also evaluate that I must behave in ethical
manner and listen to every person around me so that I could understand their emotions as well as
behaviour. From these activities I learned that it is very important for us to protect environment

for which we could reduce use of plastics and take initiatives that could helps us in making
sustainable surroundings.
