perform are -

school meeting its equality duties.
I would assure equality is included as a standing agenda item on the school's management
committees.
Lead or contribute to the equality and diversity programs within the school.
I would contribute to the development and implementation of school group equality and
diversity policies and practices, and would act as a source of advice on equality and
diversity impact assessment.
By acting as an initial point of contact for individuals to give their advice on general
equality matter within the school.

As an Equality and diversity coordinator of the School I will try to work with some
professionals or agencies to promote the equality and diversity within the school.
Work with the Management to help in maintaining the implementation of the strategies

I will organize a staff meeting to share the importance of promoting the equality and
diversity I the school the staff members will help in carrying out the plans to promote
equality.
I will take help with an event company to organize multicultural programs in the school

Working with various workplaces offers opportunities to a relationship to build up the

Lack in organizing multicultural programs due to lack of staff support as they took
the programs not much seriously. The reason is again a lack of knowledge reagrding
the need of equality and diversity.
C. Impact on the school's equality and diversity agenda.
The impact my school had after focusing on the equality and diversity agenda was
surprising. The whole environment of the school was so healthy and impressive. All the people
in the school such as staff members, students are sharing a friendly environment the students are
motivated and the staff is very cooperative and friendly towards all the students without any
discrimination or inequalities. No partiality is now seen in the school. Due to the equality and
diversity agenda the school successfully managed to bring equality to the different culture,
