for social care will be effective. Similarly, variety of ideas can be generated for promotion and
increasing awareness with people in wide range. Including this, recent culture and methods to
understand learners are obtained to enhance their confidence (Burri, 2014). Along with this,

(B) Areas for further personal development
Participating in promotion for equality and diversity within London School of Economics
was great experience for me. As I learned a lot about human and social rights similarly
improving skills and understanding with UK legislation (Tideman and Vallentyne, 2017). On
critical evaluation, it is evaluated that time management and using information technologies are
needed for me. For presenting views and emphasis on each individual learner, it is needed for me
to increase these in the further years. Participate more in social activities and adopt different new
culture in which company makes new effective environment. It gives opportunity and growth for
future achievement.
(C)Impact on own practice in promoting equality and valuing diversity
As understanding UK legislation on equality and valuing diversity of people, I enhanced
knowledge of amended rules and regulations (Thompson, 2016). In addition to this, I improved
communication skills expressing ideas and views on promotion and team building with other
agencies for social care. However, different practices are increased regarding human rights and
protecting an individual from discrimination and taking care of his/her rights. With the help of
effective achievements and development in the school. All management students get to learn new
things and achievement in order to full fill their future goals. Another impact of the new
learnings is to adopt the positive environment. The two things that I could have done better for
promoting equality and diversity is that I could have presented a motivational speech on that in
order to make everyone aware of the importance of equality. Also, I could have made more
interaction with the people so that I could have made them understood in a very efficient and a
positive way.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded that equality and diversity is crucial for human rights and protection of
individual from discrimination. In this regard, promotional and communication strategies for
awareness of London School of Economics' learners are discussed. Including this, significance of
equality and diversity is identified in terms of education and employment sector. However, self-
reflection on participating in development program is identified impacted on learning and
understanding with UK legislation in this report.
