INTRODUCTION
Learning environment is defined as the surroundings where learnings takes place must be
peaceful without any hindrance in studying and gaining knowledge of a students, the most
important part the moral values and beliefs of the person such as equality and diversity. If this
kind of a behaviour is negative in the school then it can be difficult for the students to learn
effectively and efficiently (Bowl, 2018). The following discussion is made on the holistic

Inclusion practices and inclusive practices are generally used in the interchangeably
manner in the world of education but there is most sensible part in the inclusive practice rather
than the inclusion practice. Inclusion takes an important measure in the right path by making
ensure all the students instead of variability which is present in the same classroom. But in case
of the inclusion to be effective it is important to implement the inclusive practice because it is
bigger than getting all the students in the same classroom due to the inclusive practice it gives all
the students the opportunity or chances to study to get learn to get support and be challenged
instead of variability equality and diversity.

discrimination
Children and young people experiences prejudice and discrimination in various places such
as educational institutions offices hospitals organisations and in many more places. Reason
behind facing such discrimination and Prejudice is such as their age colour caste gender many
more ways people can find out to discriminate the lower caste people and the upper caste people
as per their colour and education as well.

Equality and Diversity can be maintained with the help of various policies and procedures
in education organisations or in any corporate offices by monitoring and following the strict rules
and regulations of discrimination and Prejudice in the form of equality and diversity. It is
