As according to Immanuel Kant, all such systems which have the clear and proper set
of rules and work on the basis of ethics and general rules are. As he believed that all the ethical
activities are concerned with moral principles and laws that are needed to be conducted. He
merely depicts that there is no such thing like maintaining the ethical approach without any
goodwill. It use to maintain the moral laws and the principles through which the natural
inclinations are being implemented. He referred all his principles on Categorical imperative in
which all the all the right and the wrong is majorly being dependent on the action and on
fulfilling the duty towards the individuals. He objectified that good will is majorly the moral law
which promotes out the inclinations with formulations of humanity and the approach for
working.
Whereas, Sir David Ross held that there are so many prima-facie duties that is being laid
on the principles that all the individuals have numerous duties which forms the general and
formal principles. He distinguished all those duties as like justice, gratitude and reparation etc. he
explained that there are generally so many duties that are being laid for all the individuals and
which are according to the conduct and the behaviour which is being assigned (Laccourreye,
and Maisonneuve, 2018)
Deontology theory mainly focuses on implementing and providing the general principles for all
the individuals and their advancements.
Ideas and influential philosophers associated with Consequentialism
This theory focus on the consequences of all the normative principles and also embodies
the consequence and the normative properties. This theory judge all the essential principles
regarding the working and also on the consequences that all such things which are implemented
are right or wrong. This usually embarks to have the concept of utilitarian theory.
Jeremy Bentham has idealised the concept of consequentialism as the important morality
and its principles that implicate all the moral and the ethical issues through which the general
working and the nature can be framed. This provides the nature through which the individual can
at any time maintain the positivity and the approach as according to the conduct and the
consequence of one's behaviour.
John Mill, described it as respecting rights, being reasonable, maintaining potential in
performance and many more. As he said that this theory provides the result on the basis of which

3 If the elderly man is being apprehended then the theory of Deontology is applied in it as it is
their core duty to work as an important person for the development and for the positive approach
in the society. This will generate all the variable means and the Deontology gives the important
suggestion regarding the right and wrong made by the person as in context of society growth and
positive approach.
4 If the elderly man is not apprehended then the theory being applied is consequentialism as it
depicts out that the action are being taken after seeing the consequences of the act and the old
man was doing no harm to the people and the society and till that time it is no way important to
take any kind of strict action against them for the benefit of the society or for people.

circumstances in the case scenario as their was no range to make it validate and important
for the company to function according to the work. It has not made any kind of unethical
issue which are needed in this case.
b)The possible unethical issues which are being concerned in it are the major influence
on the society with the bad impact that can be raised because of the behaviour and the
issues raised in it. This also made a major changes and the problem as can be seen that it
will affect the society and create a negative impact as this is illegal to deal with all such
activities. c) In order to avoid all such issue some important measures that can be taken are like they
