type two diabetes should eat heavy nutrition and balanced diet food. (Cheung, S.T. and Dawkes,
S., 2018). As it may help in preventing diseases and upcoming breastfed factors associated
diseases such as cardiovascular disease and so on (The Role of Calcium in Human Aging, 2015).
It has been seen that due to some factors such as poverty and other financial issues may lead
older people to have unsatisfactory diet which lead them to illness which are associated with
their bones, due to lack of vitamin D and consumption of calcium. Studies concluded that eating
varieties of fruit food from all range a term to be considered as significant for the health of older
people (Panagioti & et. al., 2018).
A balanced diet contains fruits and vegetable low-fat fat-free whole grains food items
pulses fish meat green leafy vegetables mustard seeds cooler greens frozen and canned food
items, which are healthy for an individual. Furthermore, it has been seen that in older people
there are just factors which are associated with osteoporosis which is disease of bones. The main

some diseases such as high blood pressure heart diseases. Older people are recommended to eat
lots of nutrition without a lot of extra calories fruits and vegetables choose different and varieties

Aging, 2015). They are also recommended to avoid empty calories as these are food which are
associated with multiple calories but few nutrients such as chips candies baked goods soda as
well as alcohol item to be harmful and associated with number of risk factors which can harm
well-being of older age people.

body in the older people to maintain their physical health satisfied. The medication is which are

diet, in order to prevent diseases associated with heart, bones and other factors.
