INTRODUCTION
Health and well being can be termed out as the physical, mental and social well being as
a resources for living a full life (Mozaffarian and et.al., 2016). In addition to this, components of
good health is inclusive of genetics, the environment, education and relationship. Therefore, the
good living conditions are fundamental to well being.
The present report is based on aims as to focussing on concepts of Health and Well-being
that analyse the effectiveness of F.A.S.T campaign in terms to reduce the impact of stroke.
Furthermore, study analyse the effectiveness of intervention on the health and well-being.
Also, impact of the social detriments of health on the effectiveness of the intervention.
Therefore, significance will be defined in terms to adopts the holistic approach. Lastly,
application will be conducted with help of relevant theories to undertake effective discussion on
health and well-being of employees.

Intervention is defined as the combination of program and element or plan of actions that
mainly decides to produce the behaviour changes. However, intervention is inclusive of
educational programs, stronger policies, improvements in environmental conditions and
campaign as health promotion.
FAST campaign- Public health of England accompanied by the stroke association. Therefore,
they have relaunched the National act as F.A.S.T stroke campaign. In addition to this, the main
aim of this campaign as to increase the awareness about the stroke. Stoke is termed out as to be
brain attack (Saposnik and et.al., 2016). In order to aware the people this campaign is taking
initiatives to advertise individuals from last so many years. It also considers as simple test to
supports people with most common signs of stroke. It mainly focuses on significance to act
quickly with help of dialling 999. Thus, F.A.S.T pronounced as-
F- has the face of individuals fallen on one side.

AIM- To enhance the awareness about the stroke that must be considered as medical emergency

others. With the use of Dialling 999 and acting F.A.S.T saves the lives of various individuals.
This campaign gives stroke sufferers the best chance at recovery and this also potentially reduce

individuals. Therefore, holistic approach significance has been defined. Lastly, application has

This is highly recommended that awareness can be undertaken with use of campaign to
health communication to create and build the health policy. It leads to aware individuals
towards the stroke and its varied consequences.
It is also suggested that goverment as well local agencies must taken initaitives to
promote the campaign with use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter,
social media and Whats app etc. They can able to promote the things with use of TV ads
and local newspapers.
The members and other legal authorities to the campaign must work with social workers
to educate people about the conditions of stroke.
