It is crucial for the organization to understand the different approaches which have

the level of innovation. For instance, the approach of a circular office with different
apartments being provided with their own space and discussing the main issues in
the center of the office has also been adopted by the organization BMW. Therefore,
by analyzing the approach of BMW, Molly’s Marketing Maestros team will

employees, the team will be pushed to improve their level of productivity,

It is important to reduce the level of bureaucracy in the working
environment of the team, as it does not offer each teammate with the
freedom and opportunity to express their opinion and thoughts. This results
in reducing innovation amongst the team.
