Introduction
This report consists of the case study which was based on the property which is for the rent.
There was an Entity relationship diagram made which will help the user to understand the
functionality of the ERD.

Assumptions for making the ERD are:

Assumptions Description
Primary Key There is the primary key used for making the
row unique identification. There are M_Id,
Staff_id, CT_Id, etc.
Foreign Key This use to make reference to another table.
This has the condition that the key should be
primary at the other table.
Relationship There is a one-to-many relationship present
which is present in prpRent and customer.
There can be one owner which will have
many properties on rent.
Relationship There is a one-to-many relationship present
which is present in customer and prpRent.
There can be one customer which scan buys

many properties on rent.
Relationship There is a one-to-one relationship present on
the property and prprent.
Specialization The specialization is present on the worker
which means there can be many works which
have different field works.
Relationship There is a one-to-many relationship present
which is present in worker and prp_Manager.
There can be one manager who will manage
many workers.
Relationship There is a one-to-many relationship present
which is present in property application and
prp_Manager. There can be one manager
who will look into different applications

Conclusion
ERD is build according to the case study, this will help the user to understand about the
property which are on rent. There are assumption and business rule taken which will help the
user to understand about ERD.
