Stages of Learning of Coordination
Unconscious Incompetence: In this stage, the person does not know that they how to coordinate
the team or the body.
Conscious Incompetence: In this stage, the person think the about the team and their activities
but in this stage, the person does not good to coordinate among them.
Conscious Competence: The person put their all efforts or understanding the activities to learn
the coordination skills.
Unconscious Competence: After putting all efforts, the person adopts the skills of coordination
due to which it does not require to put all efforts to learn more skills.
Flow: This stage defines the perfection in the person that learns or adopts the skill of
coordination (Habits for wellbeing, 2018).

Knowledge of Result: It is a feedback that a person gets on its action or performance. For
example- Motivation is the intrinsic feedback in knowledge of results and monetary rewards are
the extrinsic feedback on the performance of person (Simplicable, 2018).
Knowledge of Performance: It is information about the performance is independent of
result. For example- Intrinsic feedback in knowledge of performance is the feedback of
improvement. Extrinsic Feedback in knowledge of performance is the feedback of risk that tells
the risk which the person from their actions.

Motor program is a summary of movement that centrally forms and controls the many
degrees of freedom to perform an action (Teach pe., 2018). For example- In cricket, the shot
would be perfect when the subroutines in an appropriate order such as stance, grip, feet
placement, backswing and follow through.

Transfer of learning refers to learning the one thing from the context and applying it on
the other situation. For example- the person who plays the cricket can also plays the baseball as
the rules are similar in both games. Another example is that the person who develops the running
capacity by daily exercise can run in race.

Negative transfer states the situation in which the transfer of learning causes the negative
result. For example- The sport person who develops the inner capacity and strength by exercise
to play appropriately or in order to win the game is correct but when the person takes drugs just
to develop the strong inner strength then it reflects the negative result. Taking the drugs in the
continuous manner just for develop of strength cause the major health issue. Drugs is a negative
transfer of learning situation.
