HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?(500 words)
As I have done lot of research and work in preparing my assignment report and manage to learn so many things that not only required in the my practical life
but also useful in my career perspective. I still have so much to learn in order to meet the new challenges or fresh opportunities in life.
There are so many artefacts in this report that I have already know but didn't get any chance to utilize it as I don't really need them before. One of the most
important is personal statement and Curriculum Vitae that I have count in so many times in writing this report. This statement is crucial in explaining the
career path as I got to know about so many career paths options and then choosing the one that actually suits my personality and ability or able to disconnect
with those career that I don't think I capable to do those jobs in my next phase.
Furthermore, as passing by this report I found about the most interesting digital platforms for searching jobs that I don't really think it even exist like Shine or
Monster. Those are quite useful tool for all the students as from these tools they will be able to search job which is suitable for them and the best opportunities
to gain some experience and that too with paid jobs. The graduates of management students can also start their internships in order to enlarge their goals
and prepare themselves for their next dream job. Again the Google Scholar is another vital source or freely accessible that even existed I got know through
this assignment only. Its really convenient to use and simple to search for the scholarly literature that I had often use.
I also did the SWOT analysis on my personal development and that was the outstanding experience for me. Through this tool I got the better
understanding of my strength, weaknesses, threats or opportunities. Therefore, the strong points become my strength so that I achieve my goal easily
conversely the negative points is weakness and I need work on that points to overcome it so that it didn't become hurdle in my career path. Lastly, through
other two points I prepared myself in advance, firstly by knowing the opportunity in the near future and how can I manage to grab it and secondly by knowing
the threats, I can emphasis more on this for example, If my English is not good so I should work on this at initial stage and looking for the options to overcome
it.
If I conclude this report, overall its very nice or useful experience and after finishing this course I actually learn a lot by applying many useful resources and
also the correct or effective use of technology. I have done the accurate decisions to join this course as it will help me to enlarge my vision and how can I
effectively accomplish it.
