INTRODUCTION
Creativity is to be usually utilized for a purpose of solving many problems and also
comes up with various solutions and when this come for knowledge, this really assists to predict
future and this also identify many trends. The creativity and knowledge play an essential role to
prepare for success in the university.
MAIN BODY
This essay currently includes reflection on my learning at time of PSKC module and this
also aids to brief description for the overview related to my lesson while the first four weeks.
With the aid of knowledge and creativity, this assists an individual for good thinking and also
helps for increasing overall personality. While first week, the objective for my study session
were for identifying my style of learning(Pavlova, and Sokolov, 2022). In this addition, this
includes Bucks Graduate Attributes which provides support in my higher studies. With assistance
for working and performing task, this will really aid me a lot for having knowledge and
identifying for various leadership style and have good understanding for the better leadership
style for me. I get to learn very much for the various kind of leadership style which suits me. I
get to learn many things for different leadership style such as participative, free rein leadership
style and autocratic. Moreover, now I am more confident to effective using and evaluating
through using my leadership style.
The reading skill and digital literacy will be really helpful for using excel, one note,
Office 365 and Microsoft Edge. The utilization for office suite becomes one of the internal factor
when this come to academic professional and lives. In addition, this made my course work better
and easy in order for understand. However, this assists me as a student as I also works to
improve my skills and I am in my phase of learning(Nguyen, and, et. Al., 2021). This become
very hard for me to utilize this on daily basis and to learn new thing. While this week, I get
confidence for working on my skills of reading which really assists me a lot for understand the
module and assists me for writing in good manner. I starts reading mails for my college and the
university and also focus on books, tutorials and posters which were also available. I also try to

done my assignments with the assistance of correctly working and proper research on correcting
my issues for grammar and right sentence framing.
I get to learn their importance and communication skills. I also get to learn for
vocabulary, application, accuracy for the verified writing and evidences to be objective. This also
assist in portfolio, structured reports and essays, all of this really aids me to learn for
paraphrasing. In this addition I also get to learn for how to improvise skills for purpose to
making improvement in my word skill and this also improvise my writing(Vrij, Hartwig, and
Granhag, 2019). In addition, this module needs extra time in order to having good understanding
for having deep understanding and passive voice to deep understanding for the use of third
person. I still struggle in some areas and this is very essential for me to practice on daily basis.
I realise that, I have to practice to make my experience more valuable and to put them in
action. However, this really assist me very much to understand what is right and what is wrong.
Furthermore, this also aids me for having better understanding about theory of Kolb where
doing, planning, reflection and thinking need to follow in order to be a reflective practitioner. I
have a well thought for research skill which also assist to critically thing and having good
understanding for the quantitative and qualitative sources. In this week my teacher explains me
for many research skill and also this aid me a lot for better change with assistance of various
resources such as websites, periodicals and books(Graesser, and, et. al., 2019). I also get to learn
for Kolb's cycle reflection and also for reflective thinking. In addition to this, I got good
understanding for two techniques which consists of reflection and also have learning in action
and learning on action. I also get to know that there is no opportunity lacking but I feel that fear
of failure will be something which stop me to clear and ask my doubts. I also realise that learning
is a never ending process and this is very essential for me to try for being more confident and
effective in all over improvement of my communication and reading skills.
However, I will also likes to add that this have to be consider as one of the most essential
skill which is needed me a lot for scoring good marks and used for further professional life. In
addition, this really assist me for having good understanding for the importance of good
communication skill in respect for the professional and academic section. With the assistance of

this, this assist a lot for improvise my confidence, use of right materials, having better clarity and
apply this on daily basis. I also realise this, that its most important for an individual to highly
experience and intellectual, reason and observe for develop belief and make own action for
purpose to follow this in entire life(Baye, and, et. al., 2019). In the end, I have consider that the
module is very useful and beneficial for my personal development and this provide me platform
in order for making knowledge more advanced when this come to solve mathematical problems,
using excel and outlook.

role to prepare for success in the university and this is very important for having good
understanding for different skill and also effectively apply them in practice.
