INTRODUCTION
 To become an effective student they are required to adopt
definite knowledge and skills so that they can be able to
grow and develop themselves easily.
 Skills play an important role in an individual life where an
effective student needs to adopt some specific skills and
abilities such as communication, time and task management
abilities from which an individual student can be able to
acquire the definite knowledge and can become an effective
student (Azizan, Mellon, and et.al., 2018).
 Adopting these skills will make the student to increase their
different types of knowledge and skills and can be able to
enhance themselves for the future growth and development.

Importance of Communication skill
 Communication is one of the skill from which an individual
person or a student is required to adopt and implement in their
daily lifestyles (Gholamzadeh, Khastavaneh and et.al., 2018).
 The communication skill allows the student to understand and
to be understood by other people from which an effective
ideology and speech can be delivered from one person to
another in the understanding manner.
 It is a well-developed area of a child academics success from
which an individual student can be able to grow and develop
themselves.
 Adopting this skill makes the person to become fluent in their
working and able to create a definite decision-making from
which student can be able to become effective.

Advantages of communication skill
 Increase confidence: The student or an individual
person requires to adopt the effective
communication skill from which they can be able
to increase their confidence by delivering the
speech in front of group of people (Gustems-
Carnicer, and et.al., 2019). Becoming a confident
student will allow them to understand the learning
areas effectively and can be able to feel motivated
and confident from which a student can grow and
develop themselves by implementing the definite
communication skill.

Enhance the listening ability: A proper
implementation of the communication skill by the
student will allow them to increase their listening
ability and skill which is very beneficial and
important for each student (Mandasari, and
Aminatun, 2019). Having a good capability of
listening will make the student to learn quickly and
can deliver the effective learning and knowledge to
others. Also, it will help the student to grow and
develop in their personal and academics life as
well. The improvement in communication skill
will also support the student for the further
education and for professionalism areas (Medeiros,
Ramalho, and et.al., 2018).

thing for an individual person where they are required to
manage them beneficially from which the person can be able to

 For the students, time is the thing which they have to manage
them accordingly to get the fruitful result and outcome.
 The proper management of time will allow student to manage
and conduct their task effectively and can increase their
effectiveness overall.
 Having a time management skill in students will support them
to complete their task and working activities on time from
which they can be able to spend their time equally in regard to
school life and personal life.

to achieve by putting the efforts but in the busy
schedule they get sometimes distracted where
management of the time will allow them to
prioritize their work from which they can be able
to focus on the particular task and can deliver the
fruitful result and outcome and can gain the good
grades at examination period.

Importance of team work skill
 Students have to implement or required to adopt
different types of skill which will allow them to
grow in their life where team working skill is
essential for them to be acquired from which
they can be able to obtain the excellent result in
the academics.
 Team working skill enable the students to share
their ideologies and responsibilities and also
helps to reduce the amount of stress (Rohid and
Rusmawati, 2018).
 Working a steam can provide the beneficial
result rather than working individually. It makes
the students to complete their work quickly by
the help of other team members which also
provide the effectiveness in the working.

Advantages of team work skill
 Teaches the social skill: The group work or team working
teaches the student an effective social skill which includes the
communication and listening ability. It makes the student to
learn and acquire the knowledge of listening to each other
ideas and speech or even listen to their tutors from where they
can be able to perform their task and roles individually (Vogel,
Meyer, and et.al., 2018). It allows the student to share or
express their ideologies effectively in a group working and
increase the level of understanding to each other opinions.

Advantages of team work skill
 Reduces Bullying: Woking as a team has one of the best benefit where it reduces the
bullying on students. In a team work, each and individual person or student knows that
everybody is working effectively and with efforts from where they are able to respect
each other working and builds a strong support system and improves the confidence
(Groccia, 2018).
