INTRODUCTION
The capacity to handle psychologically or economically with a problem or quickly
recover to pre-crisis position is known as psychological resiliency. When a person who uses
"mental patterns and behaviours in developing financial property and safeguarding self from
the negative impacts of stressors," they are said to be resilient. This is the Reflection report
that will going to focusing on the personal development topics that helps the individual to
develop a personal development environment in order to become more effective and more
capable to deal with different kind of challenges and situations that are facing by the students
at the University. This report is going to select goals setting and planning and effective social
support. Goal setting and planning is personal development domain that helps the individual
to make clear goals and progress towards the goals in order to achieve their goals and
objectives. Effective social support is the term that refers to the having friends and more
other individuals that include family as well in order to turn to in times of requirements in
order to give us a appropriate and wider support and positive image.

Goal setting and planning:
Self- regulation theory : Self-regulation is achieved through the development and
mobilisation of a series of psychological functionalities that should be formed and mobilised
in order to achieve self-directed transformation (Bandura, 1986). If individuals lack the
capacity to exert control about their own motivation and engagement, neither purpose nor
desire will have much of an impact. This theory focusing on the six principles of self
regulated that is motive, methods of learning is, time, social environment, physical in my
mind and performance. It helps the individual to set long-term goals, medium term goals so
and short term goals so that they can become capable to achieve their objectives and improve
their capabilities.
Effective social support: Support theory is a probabilistic judgement of the primary
hypothesis's endorsement, or level of evidence, in comparison to the alternative explanation.
It is assumed that when an event's explanation is broken down into separate parts, the
assessed likelihood of the opportunity to experience. There are various advantages to having
social relationships and having healthy mental health. Lower emotional and behavioral rates,

Setting the goals helped me to triggered new behaviours and also helps me to focusing
I want different kind of momentum in lace. It helped me to promote a sense of self my string
so that I can become capable to manage and improve upon something that do not properly
manage. In order to maintain my schedule as well as time management for the proper study
the goal setting and planning domain help me to improve my capabilities so that I can
become gay people to manage all the things. In order to achieve my goals like my aim is to
improve my time management skills and improve my communication skills so in order to set
my goals I said particular goals in which is very measurable and attainable so that I can send
the relevant time bound capabilities in order to achieve them. Apart from this I also focusing
on the effective social support because it helps me to improve my capabilities incorporate
new connections with my team members as well as With my family so that I can overcome
the rates of inciting depression and become capable. In order to develop social support I pick
up cause that is very essential for me and get involved in this. Apart from that I took of
classes and join of meditation classes so that they can help me to improve my healthy
lifestyle and help me to improve my connections with my family and with my friends.
Personal development domain 2
Goal setting and planning: goal setting and planning help me to set of clears steps
in particular timeframes and milestones so that I can become capable to achieve my goals in a
particular timeframe. Apart from this it also helped me to develop a action plan so that I can
check my performance level accordingly and build in rewards after achieving every step so it
helps me to motivate me. I conducted a personal development planning so that I can set up
particular goals I want to improve my communication skills in 15 days so it helps me to
improve my communication skills in a particular timeframe and help me to achieve my goals
and objectives. First I said my smart goals for the witches associated to the university work
After that I set my goals for another week richest medium Term goals that took Two weeks in
order to achieve my medium-term golden helped me to accomplish my long-term goals in
order to become successful.
Effective social support: effective social support help me to improve my personal
development because it helps me to create good and long-lasting social connections with my
family and with my friend. As it is very essential to spend quality time with the family and

friends who matters by improving social connections I analyse that I am become capable to
improve my connections and getting involved in sharing experience that helps me and

motivated every time. It also helps me to provide emotional support and become genuine and

planning as well as effective social support I feel so motivated and happy because it helps me
to improve my personal development practices and help me to achieve my goals and

domains I can see myself very motivated and very advanced that helped me to improve my
capabilities and also support me to achieve my goals and objectives that undecided by me.
