NURSING STUDENTS DURING PANDEMIC
Background-
COVID-19 is one of the most common but important term for
almost every human being, during pandemic health was crucial
thing but more important was psychological health. It is very clear
that nursing and health care worker faced the most impact on their
health including mental and physical health. Psychological well-
being of nurse, student and health care work was impacted during
pandemic because they are continuously working to control
spread of COVID-19 in the world. Well-being of nurse are
important as they face stress due to over load and extra working in
the nursing process, mental stability is important for nurse.
Rationale:
The reason behind conducting this study is to understand
importance of psychological well-being needed by nursing staff
when they face stress and depression in their work. Another
reason is personal interest in gaining enough knowledge about
nursing and psychological and mental well-being needed by
health care worker during COVID-19 pandemic.
Aim: To understand the effects on mental health of nursing
students due to covid19 pandemic.
Objective
• To identify the importance of mental well-being for students.
• To understand the impact of Covid 19 on mental ability of
nursing students.
• To investigate the different measures to overcome
psychological impact on students.

What is the significance of mental well-being?

Findings and outcomes CONCLUSION
This report has discussed psychological well-being of nursing student
during COVID-19 and its importance in nursing and health care
management process. Later this report discusses rationale behind
conducting this study and understand why this topic is important to be
considered as research. Later this report has discussed research
methodology that is considered by the research to gather relevant

Research type
The research type is step by step planning of action which helps
the researcher to conduct the study effectively. The researcher
will use qualitative research type in this research study as it
provides information in detailed manner.
Research approach
Research approach is a set of plan for collecting the data with
brief analysis. The researcher will use the inductive approach as
it do not bound the time of the data collection and gathering.
Research design
Research design refers where the researcher select the logical
method to collect the data. The present research study is going
to represent the exploratory form of research as it usually cost
lower than other design method.
Research Philosophy
It is a belief in a way where the data collection has been
analysed and used by the researcher to perform appropriate
research study. The researcher will use interpritivism research
philosophy as it provides the truthful data to the investigator.
Data collection
A process of the gathering and collecting the appropriate

collection method. The current research study uses the primary
data collection method as it helps in filling the gaps and can

A collection of data for getting better conclusion and result. The

In the current research study, the 20 nursing students will be
randomly selected by the research for the questionnaire.
Research limitation
A research study which comes in form of limited time area,
unavailability of resources and financial resources. Thus, the
scholar articles has been chosen for solving the resource's
unavailability as the time and money is efficient.

Ethical consideration is a set of principles where it is essential
