NURSING STUDENTS DURING PANDEMIC
Background-
COVID-19 is one of the most common but important term for
almost every human being, during pandemic health was crucial
thing but more important was psychological health. It is very clear
that nursing and health care worker faced the most impact on their
health including mental and physical health. Psychological well-
being of nurse, student and health care work was impacted during
pandemic because they are continuously working to control
spread of COVID-19 in the world. Well-being of nurse are
important as they face stress due to over load and extra working in
the nursing process, mental stability is important for nurse.
Rationale:
The reason behind conducting this study is to understand
importance of psychological well-being needed by nursing staff
when they face stress and depression in their work. Another
reason is personal interest in gaining enough knowledge about
nursing and psychological and mental well-being needed by
health care worker during COVID-19 pandemic.
Aim: To understand the effects on mental health of nursing
students due to covid19 pandemic.
Objective
• To identify the importance of mental well-being for students.
• To understand the impact of Covid 19 on mental ability of
nursing students.
• To investigate the different measures to overcome
psychological impact on students.
