INTRODUCTION
The Psychological perspective is defined as an approach which is based on certain
assumptions related to human behaviour. It is also concerned with identifying the way
human beings function. There are several theories of Psychological perspective which is
based on common assumptions. Psychological perceptiveness is refers to as result of a
synthesis of cognitive and behavioural psychology theories. There are various strategies
that can be useful in understanding these perceptive are the adoption of attitude change as
the most interesting dependent variable. The another strategy is modelling of
communication as a special case of behavioural learning theory and reliance on
experimental social psychology for conceptual and methodological research strategies.
The purpose of the project is to develop understanding about the important psychological
perceptiveness .It also has focus on describing the ways Psychological perceptive, theories or
approaches can be applied to the practice of nursing.
MAIN BODY
Some assumptions or psychological perceptive are related to human behaviour are based
on following approaches these are Humanistic, Biological and Psychoanalytic. The humanistic
theory has emerged as providing response to the reaction that ahas occurred due to
psychoanalysis and behaviourism that dominated psychology at the time. This approach or
perceptive emphasizes on developing the understanding about the unconscious motivation that
have great influence on individual behaviour. Humanistic is more concerned with identifying or
analysing the significance as well as need of self actualisation and growth. It is more concerned
with the development of a professional organization. This approach is based on assumption that
individual or every person has good behaviour but there may be changes in their attitude due to
social or mental problems in their life. In short, this statement means that individual behaviour
may vary according to the situation in person life. Big and small problems have great influence
on person behaviour or attitude (Way and Weeks,2014) These factors also have significant and
major impact on individual tendency. This theory or approach recommend that people possess
personal agency and that they are motivated to use this free will to pursue things that will help
them achieve their full potential as human beings. Humanistic approach states that growth is the
factor that leads to increase in motivational level by individual. It is required by person to

explore as well as capture various growth opportunities. As this activity will support person in
gaining motivation. The advantages of this perceptive is that it rendered an innovative approach
which will be useful in developing understanding about human behaviour .Psychological
perceptive inspire people to develop creative thinking that will assist individual in improving
their mental health (Paustenbach, 2015)
The assumption or believes associated with Biological approach is that comparative, the
physiological and the genetic are some elements that can assist person in defining the human
behaviour. Biological approach is recognised or considered as an outcome of Physiology as well
as genetics. This approach is mainly concerned with examining the feelings, , thoughts and
behaviour from point of view of biology. It states that there is some cause or reason behind
development of specific feeling, though or ideas.
The biological approach ids relevant this can be proved on the basis of comparative
method, Physiology and investigation on inheritance. This approach can be used for developing
the understanding of animal species. It can also be applied for studying behaviour of human
beings. This approach can be utilised for gaining the knowledge about functioning of nervous
system and hormones in body of human beings. It can be useful in identifying the changes in
structure and recognising the way several functions can impact individual behaviour (Wiley and
Sons.Xi and Smith,2014)
Psychodynamic Perceptive is concerned with explaining personality in terms of
conscious and unconscious forces. This approach states that personality responsible for instincts
and pleasure-seeking. It is required by individual to comply or follow the rules as well as
regulation developed by parents' or society. Psychodynamic Perceptive assumes that personality
is only the element which shapes childhood experience. These theories or perception are
associated with psychoanalysis, a sort of therapy that attempts to reveal unconscious thoughts as
well as desires. The disadvantages of this theory is that it does not contain scientific data
(Gunningham and Sinclair, 2014)
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the report that there are several factors which has direct and
major effect on individual behaviour. Social and mental problems have direct impact on the
individual performance at workplace. It also has influence on person thinking ability and
attitude.
